Copyright - Copyright information, license, optional license verification link
DateTimeOriginal - Creation date
DocumentName - Document from which this image was scanned (optional)
ImageTitle - Title
ImageDescription - Description
UserComment - Keywords - comma delimited tags

The description of Copyright says to also include rights. I could also add a verification link to the rights. So.

I don't like overloading data fields but everything except the verification link is in the spec.

DocumentName can generate a gallery of all the images that are from this book.

NewSubfileType can be used for a Gallery Title and would generate a gallery of all the images with this Gallery Title. This fits with it's description. A general indication of the kind of data contained in this subfile.

Tags or sets of tags can also generate galleries.
